Esmaeili emphasized: The international Khorshid festival is for breaking stereotypes and the power of free women of the world will bring a new hegemony to the cultural field.

He added: Along with the emergence of a new political geography, a new cultural geography is emerging. In the midst of these developments, as cultural activists, we should know that if the political, cultural and media order does not change, the current world trend will be on the brink of nothingness, and we will no longer be able to find a sign of civilization, religion and rationality.

In another part of his speech, the Minister of Culture stated: The function of the International Sun Festival is to establish global unity.

He added: Today, the end of the dominance of the global media has begun, and women and their enlightenment in this era is not a slogan, but an undeniable necessity, and new cultural coalitions must be formed.
